Please read them carefully. These Terms apply to all attendees, members, visitors, and users of our physical locations and digital services, including parents and guardians of minors participating in church activities.

4. Media and Livestream Policy
By attending a Reclamation Church service or event, you understand that you may appear in photos, videos, or livestreams. These may be used for promotional or ministry purposes via our website, livestream broadcasts, and social media.

Children’s ministry areas are not included in livestreams. Photos of children will never be used with identifying information and only with parental consent or general group setting permissions.
5. Children’s Ministry Participation
By registering a child for any ministry activity, you:
Confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have permission from them.
Grant permission for your child to participate in age-appropriate teaching, worship, games, and crafts.
Agree to notify staff of any medical needs, allergies, or special care instructions.
You may opt out of media use involving your child at any time by contacting info@reclamationcm.org.
6. Intellectual Property
All content published by Reclamation Church, including sermons, logos, videos, images, and website materials, is the property of Reclamation Church or its content providers. You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute materials without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website may contain links to third-party tools or platforms (e.g., registration systems, giving portals). Reclamation Church is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those third-party sites. Use them at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability

Attendance at church events.

Participation in children’s ministry programs.
