6. Children’s Privacy & Photo Use Policy
At Reclamation Church, we prioritize the safety and privacy of children and youth in our ministries. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental or guardian consent.
Photos or videos of minors may be taken during children's ministry events for internal documentation and limited promotional purposes. Photos of minors are only published with parental permission or general consent through participation and presence at family events unless otherwise specified. However, no personally identifying information (e.g., names, age, school, or location) will ever be included alongside a child’s image without explicit parental or guardian consent.
By enrolling your child in a children's ministry program or allowing them to attend church activities, you grant Reclamation Church limited permission to capture and use their image in group settings (e.g., RCKids, RecStudents, family events, etc.), unless you opt out.
To opt out of any media use involving your child, please email: info@reclamationcm.org. We will make every effort to exclude your child from published content or designate camera-free areas when appropriate.
