Where Ancient Voices Forge Modern Men

The prophets weren’t soft-spoken or safe—they were men who stepped into darkness carrying the fire of God’s truth. They confronted kings, called out sin, and stood firm when everyone else bowed. This fall, we’re gathering men to learn from these spiritual OGs and discover how their ancient words still forge the kind of strength, courage, and conviction God calls us to today. Through teaching, discussion, worship, and time shoulder‑to‑shoulder, we’ll dive into their bold faith, their battles, and the hope they proclaimed.

A Weekend to Breathe, Connect, and Be Sharpened

This weekend is built for brotherhood. You’ll enjoy great food, real conversations, and the kind of fellowship that only happens when men step away from the noise and breathe for a moment. Ligonier Camp gives us space to slow down, laugh hard, and build relationships that strengthen your walk with Christ. Whether you need a reset, a challenge, or simply a break from the grind, this is a weekend that will steady your soul and sharpen your faith.

New This Year: The Pre‑Conference

For the first time, we’re launching a Pre‑Conference for men who want to go deeper. Starting Friday at 10am, you’ll step into focused small‑group session of your choice designed to help you grow in a certain subject. Cost is $29. Sessions outlined below.

Leading your Family Well (Pastor Rob Krogh)

What does it mean to be the husband and father God has called you to be? Inspired by Steve Farrar's Point Man, this breakout session will challenge men to embrace their God-given role as spiritual leaders in the home. Together, we'll explore what it looks like to love your wife sacrificially, invest intentionally in your children, build a Christ-centered home, and leave a legacy of faith that lasts for generations. Whether you're newly married, raising young children, navigating the empty nest, or preparing for marriage someday, you'll leave encouraged and equipped with practical, biblical principles to lead your family with courage, humility, and Christlike love.

The Spiritually Healthy Leader (Pastor Josh Stanley)

Most leaders don't drift off course because of what happens around them, but because of what is happening within them. Every Christian has been entrusted with influence, making the health of our souls one of our greatest leadership priorities. In this breakout, we'll explore the hidden heart issues that often hinder our walk with Christ and our ability to lead others well. Together, we'll discover how the gospel brings freedom from self-sabotage, deepens our passion for God, and forms leaders whose influence flows from spiritual health rather than striving, leaving a lasting impact on their homes, churches, and communities.

Am I being Called into Ministry? (Pastor Jeremiah Canfield)

If you’re a man who has felt even the smallest tug toward ministry—whether it’s a quiet curiosity or a clear conviction—I want to invite you to join me for a time of honest conversation and study of the Word of God. This time is for anyone who is wondering if God might be calling them, hoping to understand that call more clearly, or simply wanting to explore what faithful ministry looks like.

Speaker

We have asked Luke Ahrens from Vertical Church in Columbus to bring the Word. He will teach two sessions on the Prophet Isaiah. He is a passionate speaker and will be clear in his challenge to men. This will be rich and practical teaching.
